About Giuliana Melo
Strength. Steadiness. Spiritual Maturity.
Giuliana Melo is the Creator of The Reclamation Through Grace™ Framework, a structured formation model designed to help spiritually aware women build emotional and spiritual strength rooted in disciplined faith.
Her work lives at the intersection of psychology and spirituality — where nervous system regulation meets spiritual formation, and faith strengthens responsibility. For many years, Giuliana guided women through grief, intuitive insight, and sacred reflection. But through her own seasons of profound loss, leadership growth, and spiritual refinement, her work evolved. She no longer centers inspiration.She centers formation.
Giuliana teaches women how to:
• Tell the truth without collapsing
• Regulate before reacting
• Separate emotion from discernment
• Anchor faith in discipline, not intensity
• Rebuild life and leadership with calm authority
She believes deeply that we are spiritually supported — and equally responsible for our response.
Her approach integrates:
• Emotional regulation practices
• Nervous system stability tools
• Faith-based discernment
• Boundary integrity
• Sovereign leadership development
Giuliana does not create dependency.
She builds capacity.
Her work is for women who are strong, capable, and spiritually aware — but ready to mature beyond emotional reactivity and step into steadiness.
She is the Author of Love Yourself to Health & Grief, Grace & Gratitude and the Founder of The Light Within You.

Giuliana’s journey has been shaped by grief, devotion, leadership, and resilience. Through loss and rebuilding, she discovered that grace is not softness — it is disciplined strength.
Grace does not remove responsibility.
It strengthens our capacity to carry it.
And that is the work she now offers the world.

She is a writer and is the co-author of twenty two books including her own book LOVE YOURSELF TO HEALTH.

Giuliana has a certificate in Health Information Management from SAIT and brings 33 years of Health Information Privacy, Safety and Integrity to her business as well as a complex knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, procedures, drugs and chemicals. She has also been a Medical Terminology Instructor at SAIT. Giuliana is firmly rooted in her Faith and has a bigger spiritual awareness now. She knows we come from LOVE we are LOVE and we return to LOVE.
Giuliana has been married for 39 years and has one 28 year old son. She has a fur baby chihuahua named Maxie.

A Message of Faith from your Fun & Faith filled Angel Intuitive
In Ephesians 4, we read that people power is God's plan for building up His family. He has given each of us a special gift of His Grace for the specific purpose that " the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in Love as each parts does its work."
Every person has a job to do in God's family; there are no spectators. In God's Family we weep and laugh together. We bear each other's burdens. We pray for and encourage one another. We challenge and help each other to turn from sin. Show us, Father, our part in helping Your family today.
Are you a spectator or a participant? what gifts do you have? in what ways can God use you to helps others grow closer to Him?
I am in so much gratitude to God for this gift of intuition!
