Today is Thursday and today I work with Archangel Gabriel.  His name means "God is my Strength."  He is the communication angel and is known as the Messenger Angel.  He proclaimed Jesus birth.
Archangel Gabriel helps you speak your truth.  He also helps with adoption, child conception, fertility, journalism and writing.
His colour vibration is white and his gem is moonstone and clear quartz.

Over the weekend I was blessed to attend a day with my Reiki 2 teacher. 
It was a day where we invoked Archangels Gabriel and Michael.  I feel them both strongly in my life.  

I have always been the person in my relationships that shuts up, puts up and never speaks my truth.  Until now.  Last week an issue arose and I told the other person I didn't want to speak about it until this week.  I have learned to respond rather than react and took the high road as I usually do.  I really wanted time to think and to respond in a mature way.

In the past I would have just reacted, maybe yelled, screamed, or cried. 
I am becoming more empowered and I am learning healthy ways of coping.

As I learn and grow with these amazing angels they will give us the help we ask for.  They will guide us.  The path may not be easy but it is always the right one so that you learn to heal the old patterns and develop new tools to get through life.

You are amazing.  Love yourself  enough that you are recognizing the God spark within you.

RETREAT
To block out distractions, spend quiet time alone so that you can focus on your priorities.
You need some time alone to rest, reflect, and rejuvenate.  This is not selfish on your part --- it is necessary.  Jesus modelled the need for retreat as an act of self care that strengthened his ability to care for others.  And so it is for you as well.  Even if you believe you don't have the time or money to get away, this card says that if you set the intention, everything else will follow.  Think of your retreat as an investment that will pay glorious yields of renewed energy, enthusiasm, and inspiration.  The retreat will surely pay for itself when you think of it in this way.  It is not the amount of time you spend away but the quality of the time in which you give yourself complete permission to let go and be!

What a blessed thread I have strengthened with the help of this beautiful teacher, Sunny Dawn Johnston.  I haven't hid my love and gratitude I have for her.  I know her part in my healing and I am in such amazement of the energy of life!  of love!  God created each one of us and when we decided to come to earth school, we each chose certain life lessons to learn, grow, heal and expand our souls.

All of the lessons lead back to love, forgiveness, compassion, kindness, understanding, tolerance, respect, and a myriad of other qualities.  This particular teacher models unconditional love but also doesn't candy coat the reality of who we are.  When we can't see the bigger picture, the way she can, she illuminates the dark with her light.  She has taught me so very much and has introduced me to some of the most beautiful souls on the planet.  She has allowed me to stop seeking that external validation that I once sought with everything in me.  Because of her love and her support she has helped me find a greater spiritual connection and she helped me find the courage within me to awaken my spiritual gifts.  As I seek within I am guided to experience so much more!  My life is enhanced and every day I meet more interesting people, I see more of our amazing earth and I get to heal with so much love surrounding me.  

I always believed in God and the angels, but through this teacher and her gentle guidance I began to awaken my gifts to read angel cards.  I am getting better every day.  From afar she checks in on me and gives me those gentle nudges that every one needs.  I know my truth.  That is I am so much more than my physicality that held me back my whole life... up til now!  I am worthy of love.  I am enough.

My chapter is the Invisible Healing threads- I am so proud of this chapter.  I wasn't a writer.  I am now!  My mom has been the  only writer in the family.  I dug deep to heal and through writing I began to see that I had a story to share.  One of hope, inspiration, Love and God.

I have always been grateful but during mentoring a couple years ago, I was encouraged to journal.  Keeping a gratitude journal has increased my happiness and has kept me out of depression while I continue to heal & walk through a workplace resolution of my case. I learned there is no right way or wrong way to journal.  Every day I write down what I am grateful for.  That saying is true.  "Not every day may be good, but there is good in every day!"

I write down as many things that I am grateful for as I can remember.  If you decide to do it you too will realize that Once you start, you realize just how blessed you truly are.  Even on those days that you want to scream!  

This year I embarked on a fun project with gratitude.  I have a gratitude- happiness tin that daily I record all the things that I am grateful for.  You might want to write your gratitude down in a journal, put into a jar, voice record them, or take pictures.

This is a photo of my gratitude jar .. it is only April 18th today and look at all my slips .. only a third of the way through the year.  

Every morning I start with thanking God that I am alive to see another beautiful blessed day.  Then I go about my day.  It is true, the more you are grateful for, the more God gives us to be grateful.

It is no surprise to most of you, the deep connection I have to Mother Mary.  Mother Mary has been a part of my life since I was born.
My birth mother's name is Mary as well.  Coincidence???  No.

This amazing Divine Goddess, Mother of Jesus is here to help us  love ourself.  I have had to learn how to do that.  That part of my story may surprise you.  I have always been a great daughter, sister, niece, wife, friend, mother etc.  I have a lot of love in me.  Somewhere  along the line I forgot to love me.  My value was tied in external validation.  I seeked it out.
Since being a little girl I always needed to hear how valued I was.  
Over the last 2 years I have seeked out ways to heal.  I have gone to so many spiritual retreats and events to heal my fear of not being enough, or worthy.  I have had to heal my fear of judgement and I have had to learn to reclaim my God-given power that resides deep within me.  Yes, I had to learn to seek within to that part of my soul that knows the truth of who I AM.  

Mother Mary teaches us how to feel worthy of receiving love.  She helps us learn how to give because we want to and not because we feel obligated to do so.  She will help you if you feel abandoned and when you are ready to heal any painful female relationships in your life.  If our feminine energy is wounded she helps us reclaim our power and become an empowered woman.

Velva Dawn writes in her guidebook, that Mother Mary is the goddess you can call upon to begin the gentle opening of your heart space.  She is the Mother of Jesus Christ.  She embodies the unconditional self-love of a divine mother.  She will work with you to begin your healing process.

Some signs that she is around you can be drops of water on your hands or feet without signs of rain, or a ladybug showing up in unexpected places affirming that she is around you and supporting you.  You may even smell the scent of a rose as her energy surrounds you with the affirmation of self-love.

Do you know that when you give when you feel obligated, that you are actually sending toxic energy into the auric field of another??  Mother Mary holds the key to filling up your cup with self-love.  You can begin by looking into the mirror each morning and by connecting to your soul through your eyes; repeating to yourself " I love you_____________(insert your name) and repeat it 3 times in a row for 21 days which begins a new cycle of self-love and trust.

If you have been adopted or were fostered you may feel a sense of abandonment or an energetic hole in your heart.  Invoke Mother Mary asking her to help weave the infinite ribbon of mending love to your soul.
If you need to forgive someone, she will help you release the toxic emotions and balance the karmic relationship for your highest good.  You may ask Mother Mary to wash away your pain with her blessed water from Mother Earth.
Mother Mary can help heal the feminine wounds within.  If you were raised without the tending love and care of your mother then she will help heal those with her unconditional love.

If you find that you aren't trusting of females in your life this is a sign that you may need to heal those female wounds within yourself which will ripple out to the female relationships in your life.  Trust is the key in life and it all begins with the healing of the heart.

Affirm:  May my cup runneth over with self-love.  I am beautiful inside and out.  I am very deserving of a healthy balanced relationship with myself and all others around me.  My heart  is like a rose, open and ready to receive. I nurture myself with healthy food, relationships and love.

You may wish to place a heart shaped rose quartz crystal upon your heart chakra intending to heal the divine feminine within your soul.  Ask this crystal to bathe your heart in unconditional love, easing you into a space of infinite trust.

Mother Mary is soft and powerful but she doesn't mince words.  When I do readings invoking her energy she will be direct.

Loving yourself first ensures that everything else falls in line!  You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world- Lucille Ball.

Love yourself and be proud of anything and everything you do, even your mistakes.  Mistakes are learning and growth.

Be so busy loving yourself and your life that you have no time for hate, regret or fear.

We come from Love.. we are Love and we return to love.. Love never ends .. you are worth it.  

I am loving myself to health.  I am so very worth it.  I finally love myself enough to heal and to teach, turning my wounds into wisdom.

Yes! I do believe that our animals come to visit us while in spirit.  Animals have souls.  Their spirit is able to visit us at home and while you are on vacation.

Many friends of mine have reported not only seeing the spirit of their animal, but also smelling their scent, hearing them walking around, and even feeling them in bed if they sleep with them, and also seeing indentations in the furniture cushions when they are visiting.

Soon after Bella passed, all 3 of us started to receive signs.  Sounds of her collar, hearing as if she was at her bowl(which we threw out) the clip of toenails on the hardwood, and visions of her in our peripheral vision.

No sign as been as amazing as the one in the clouds in Los Angeles last Sunday while we were on vacation.

Be open to the signs.  Call them in.  Talk out loud to them.  They  aren't really gone.
