How to ground your self to Mother Earth
The purpose of Grounding is to connect to the earth. When you are grounded you are more calm, relaxed, patient, happy, light hearted, focused and your energy can not be drained from you. If you have too much energy flowing into you, ground that energy to earth and it will flow through you, instead of being stuck in you.
There are many ways to do it. If you are out doors, on grass, sand, dirt or water. Take your shoes off and walk barefoot for a couple minutes . You will be grounded. Grounding means you are physically & mentally grounded to Mother Earth.
If you are in doors: Close your eyes. Take some deep breaths, and picture your feet. See roots coming out the bottom of your feet, going down straight into the earth ,and imagine them as deep as you can.
Make sure to GROUND each day!
