In Wishes Fulfilled I wrote about the importance of the last five minutes of the day, just prior to going into a long restful sleep. These precious pre-sleep moments can be utilized by either reviewing all of the things in your life which make you unhappy, frustrated and anxious, or they can be used to program your subconscious mind with thoughts of joy, kindness, gratitude and anticipation of having your wishes fulfilled. This sign, which hangs on my bed is the very last thing that I see before I go into my sleep mode. As I lie in bed I review in my mind my appreciation for the I AM PRESENCE that is always with me. I know that good things are not only going to happen, but they are happening to me and all around me. I remind myself every night in these portentous pre-slumber moments what is offered in the Book of Job (33: 15-16)..."In a dream, in a vision of the night, while slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction." For me personally, I enter my slumber with a conviction that GOOD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN. I beseech you to go into your sleep mode by using your mind to assume the feeling of your wishes being fulfilled. This is the beginning of a reprogramming of your subconscious mind Via Dr. Wayne Dyer Facebook Post on Dec 16 2014

Today is the day that at this very moment, this very minute you can CHANGE your life. God gave you this amazing light, but the brain or the ego get in the way. Connect to your spirit, your soul, your GODSPARK, your light! Heal the wounds that keep you bleeding. Allow your amazing self to shine like NEVER BEFORE. You will have a scar when those wounds heal, but wear it proudly like a badge of honour. Acknowledge all you have gone through. Learn the lessons so that you can move on and put all that in the past. Free yourself. LET GO. Those two words seem so easy yet they can be hard or not. That all depends on YOU. Are you willing to finally set yourself free and enjoy life in such a way that you manifest all of your dreams and desires? Do you want to have all your wishes come true? then Let go.. Its a new day to start a new life with new chances and new choices... Allow the new energy in. Welcome the new lessons with Grace and Ease. Yes, you can ask God to bring the lessons gently. Ask HIM!! He loves each of us so very much. If you knew the magnitude of HIS love you would never get into FEAR ever again. Fear debilitates us. It does nothing but waste our precious time.. wastes our precious energy and dulls our light. Shift that fear... Ask GOD to help you.
Go out into the sun and soak up the light. Listen to some music.. call a friend. Hire a mentor to help you move that energy out of your body.. See a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist whatever you need to help you live the most amazing life you can. Most of all friends, don't judge yourself based on the opinion of another. What they think of you is none of your business. I know how hard that is as I had to learn the hard way. Learn the lesson and move on. We are LOVE.. we come from love, we return to love .. love is all there is. Get up from the table of your life when love is no longer being served.. Proclaim!!! I AM________________(name) and I AM LOVE!. I am light. I am kind. I am enough. I am worthy. I am healthy. I am holy. I am happy!!! I am a piece of GOD and I am oh so divinely perfect because HE made me. Count all your blessings and love yourself enough .... seek the power within you.. that is where GOD is. when I say I love you.... I mean it. I know the power of those words. I am Giuliana!!! and I am so in love with my life. thank you GOD. I promise from this day forward to always remember this day that changed my life forever. This was the day that I choose to never turn down my light again. If I can help you with your light please message me, email me or call me. Love is all there is and I choose it today.. I choose GOD.

Barrie If you step on people in this life, you're going to come back as a cockroach. ~Willie Davis Reason, Season, or Lifetime
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty; to provide you with guidance and support; to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on. Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it. It is real. But only for a season. LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant. Author Unknown Louise Hay
I have found that there is only one thing that heals every problem, and that is: to love yourself. When people start to love themselves more each day, it’s amazing how their lives get better. They feel better. They get the jobs they want. They have the money they need. Their relationships either improve, or the negative ones dissolve and new ones begin. Loving yourself is a wonderful adventure; it’s like learning to fly. Imagine if we all had the power to fly at will? How exciting it would be! Let’s begin to love ourselves now. Here are 12 Commandments to help you learn how to love yourself: 1. Stop All Criticism. Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive. 2. Forgive Yourself. Let the past go. You did the best you could at the time with the understanding, awareness, and knowledge that you had. Now you are growing and changing, and you will live life differently. 3. Don’t Scare Yourself. Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure, and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought. 4. Be Gentle and Kind and Patient. Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved. 5. Be Kind to Your Mind. Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts. 6. Praise Yourself. Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing. 7. Support Yourself. Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it. 8. Be Loving to Your Negatives. Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So lovingly release the old negative patterns. 9. Take Care of Your Body. Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need in order to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise do you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in. 10. Do Mirror Work. Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself while looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents while looking into the mirror. Forgive them, too. At least once a day, say, I love you, I really love you! 11. Love Yourself . . . Do It Now. Don't wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or find the new relationship. Begin now—and do the best you can. 12. Have Fun. Remember the things that gave you joy as a child. Incorporate them into your life now. Find a way to have fun with everything you do. Let yourself express the joy of living. Smile. Laugh. Rejoice, and the Universe rejoices with you! |
