Kindess is so important in life. Being kind really is a gift.
It is a gift to you and it is a gift to whom you are being kind.
Kindness breeds more kindness. Kindness can help relieve stress, it can help you feel good and can help your mental health.. It feels so good. It is inspiring and once you perform a random act of kindness you want to do them all the time. Kindness opens the door to your blessings. The way the universe works when you do things for another it allows your own abundance in. God sees what you are doing and wants to bless you. Some ideas for random acts of kindness are:
- smiling at another person
- sending gently used clothes to charity
- praise with words
- acts of service
- help someone move
- write a note
- pray for someone
- send greeting cards
- babysit for a new mom or friend who needs a break
- cook a meal for someone in need
- offer change to people who are short at a register in the grocery store
- pay for the person behind you in a drive thru
- buy your co-workers a coffee
- hold a door
- buy a book or magazine for a friend
- mail a care package to someone
- deliver treats to police or fire man
- plant a tree in memory for someone
