Saturday Sept 26, 2015 I facilitated my first class as the ANGEL LADY.

The itinerary was set to meditate, share the 7 archangels and then go over the 5 clairs.  I had exercises to do as well but we ran out of time.
There were 18 women who shared in the learning and were open and very loving.  The meditation was a a beautiful " Invocation of the Archangels by Sunny Dawn Johnston"  which was immediately followed by " Love Is by Kris Voelker" who is the soul artist who works with Sunny.  I have been very blessed to have been to retreats where Kris's music helps heal us.
Her Cd's have been played during times of great stress and help elevate my vibration.  

Everyone who knows me knows what an instrumental teacher, mentor, advisor Sunny has been so they won't be surprised to see me wear clothes from her "Conscious Teez Line".  She sent me the Angel Lady shirt that I wore.  She has amazing comfortable clothes in that line.  I also feel very empowered when I wear the Archangel Gabriel power set.  It is beautiful.
Since using her IAM power essential oils I haven't been physically sick hardly at all.  I also use her VibeRaiser spray to high vibe the house when I do my angel card readings which helps my connection.

I have been certified by Sunny in Mind, Body, Spirit Coaching and I have learned how to run my spiritual business by her as well.  I have been mentored by her for over a year and a half and she has helped me move a lot of pain out of my body.

Through her "Invoking the Archangels" book and teachings I have learned about the angels and have assigned each to a day.  Working with the angels has changed my life and they have helped me in ways that are nothing short of miraculous.

Grief continues to be one of the biggest areas of my service to others.  I believe and know Heaven exists.  I completed Sunny's course and read the book "The love never ends".  I know that our family and friends return to the spirit world and I am learning to connect to them.  I have learned a big lesson this year and that is discernment of energy.  It truly helps with energy.

I am so abundantly blessed to have angel jewellery and I am learning what the different gems do and how they heal the physical body.  I love wearing the jewellery.  It is sparkly and gorgeous.

I am going to work with Sunny as an affiliate. It is a dream come true as I now feel a part of her team.

I use her deck "Invoking the archangels" every day and I have her greeting cards as well.  All these products are amazing tools in my life.

Last week when I heard of Dr. Wayne Dyer's transition to spirit I felt a profound sadness.  I wasn't sure why as I truly believe, as he did, that we are spirit in body and that we just move on to the other side and continue our work from there.


I think the reason I felt sad was that I could never again be in his physical presence.  May 2014 I decided to attend I CAN DO IT- Vancouver, BC.
Wayne Dyer was the main keynote speaker.  I remember being so excited I could hardly breathe.  When he came onto the stage he captivated me and had my whole attention.  I recognized I was in the midst of greatness.
I had followed him for many years and he is an integral part of my healing journey.  I listened to him on HayHouse and I watched him on PBS.  I listened when he spoke.  It resonated deeply with me. 


I think the circumstance that truly bonded me with him was when I heard he had a healing from John of God.   That did it. I felt like a part of him was in a part of me.  The sacredness of the experience of John of God and our both walking through cancer were  our invisible thread.  He believed in his healing, as do I.  I thought if this great man, this great visionary, this great teacher believed with all his soul then I was safe to be who I was  and share my story too.  I can't explain it.  It was a soul bond.


Dr Dyer made no secret of the leukaemia diagnosis.  He truly believed he had a healing from John of God and his official cause of death was coronary disease.  No residual leukaemia at all was found in his body.

He spoke most on the forgiveness that he extended to his father that was the pivotal turning point in his life.  He actually stated that he had gone to his father's grave to pee on it when he had an overwhelming feeling that from that moment on he would only ever extend LOVE when he thought of his dad.  Wow.   41 years to the day he forgave his dad he transitioned.  He had fulfilled his soul contract.

I know that I have had to forgive myself and others in my past so that I too can heal.  Forgiveness truly is a key to wellness.  It allows you to move on in the Grace of God.

"Forgiving others is essential for spiritual growth.  Your experience of someone who has hurt you, while painful, is now nothing more that a thought or feeling that you carry around. These thoughts of resentment, anger, and hatred represent slow, debilitating energies that will dis-empower you if you continue to let these thoughts occupy space in your head. If you could release them, you would know more peace." - Dr. Dyer.

Tonight, Carolyn Myss and many other great teachers celebrated the life of Dr. Dyer with a free live-stream from HayHouse.  She said that when souls who die with resentment in them leave their bodies they are emaciated.. and when a soul who has lived with love and kindness leaves their bodies they leave with an obese soul.  I found that very interesting.

I know that as I continue to heal and as I continue to evolve my spirit I recognize the importance of Love and kindness.

I want to return to heaven with an OBESE soul too!  As he became older he shed his worldly belongings and gave everything he owned to the poor.
When I was younger I was more materialistic.  Now I get it.  It isn't about the STUFF.  It is all about the LOVE.

Dr. Wayne Dyer  you will never be forgotten.  I will carry you with me all the days of my life.  As Cheryl Richardson recommended, I too am going to invite you to be on my spiritual board.  Thank you for guiding me from spirit.

What an amazing day of healing today Sept 8, 2015 is.
Over the last year, I have seen Braco's posts come across my feed.  I wondered what kind of healer he is, yet I guess the timing hadn't been right for me to experience his GAZE.  Today immediately upon waking up I knew my intention for the day was PEACE.  I had it validated by my usual messages in my Facebook feed.  I happened on Braco's livestream schedule and clicked on it.  I have watched 3 gazes and each time I got an amazing feeling of love, light and joy.  I felt connected to source.  
I felt connected to God and tears streamed out of me.

Braco was born Josip Grbavac in Zagreb, Croatia, in November 1967.[1][5] He earned a degree in Economics in Croatia, became a husband and a father, but made healing his mission after the devastating 1991-1995 Croatian War of Independence.[6] Braco's mentor was Serbian healer Ivica Prokic, an author of 13 books, whom he met in the autumn of 1993,[5] and renamed him Braco, meaning "little brother." In 2012, Braco was selected to be the featured guest for a special event at the Tillman Chapel, Church Center of the United Nations in New York City, United States. During the presentation, keynote speakers Denise Scotto Esq., Executive Committee Member, Society for Enlightenment and Transformation and Deborah Moldow, Representative to the United Nations, The World Peace Prayer Society both presented Braco with a peace pole as a symbol of recognition for his dedicated work on the world peace movement. [19]

Last month one of my MBS classmates created a deck of affirmation cards and I thought "hey I can do that too".  She sent me the link and I asked Judy Wilson a childhood artist friend if she would grant me permission to use a photo of the painting she created for me of Archangel Raphael.  Archangel Raphael is the Archangel of healing.  Raphael helps heal physical bodies as well as the mental, emotional, and spiritual body. She agreed and this set of 10 affirmation cards was born.  I have plans of creating a larger deck once my abundance increases, but for now I wanted to have an item to have on hand when I have my colouring and cocktails get-togethers and my classes.  It is a deck of 10 affirmations that helped me heal and continue to heal.  It is $5.00 and can be purchased from me.  

Affirmations are positive words and intentions you make every day.

An affirmation is really anything you say or think. We have to retrain our thinking and speaking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives. An affirmation opens the door. It’s a beginning point on the path to change. In essence, you’re saying to your subconscious mind: “I am taking responsibility. I am aware that there is something I can do to change.” 

When I talk about doing affirmations, I mean consciously choosing words that will either help eliminate something from your life or help create something new in your life. Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. All of our self-talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations. You’re using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not. You’re affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought.

I prayed for this day.  I can't believe it is here.  I go between moments of gratitude and moments of disbelief in the movement of time.  How fast time flies.  It seems like yesterday my sister Pina and I took Paulo jr to Heartland Preschool.  He was 3 years old.  He was 4 when he started Junior Kindergarten at Renfrew Educational Services.  From Kindergarten to the end of grade 6 he remained a part of that amazing school.  They were the love and support we needed.  To this day our invisible thread to that school is strong.  We have remained friends with many of his old Child Development Facilitators. When he moved to middle school he attended Don Bosco School.  These years were not easy.  It was a difficult transition to begin with as the safety of Renfrew was like no other.
Looking back through that period I am so very proud of my son.  He dealt with the transition to a big school and his mother being sick and diagnosed with cancer better than we give him credit.  During this time he also manifested epilepsy.  His soul couldn't take that his mom was sick and he thought I was going to die.  I know God carried us through that time.  I owe a lot to my husband Paulo and to my family and friends who helped us during that time.  We had a great supportive principal in Mrs. Deb Woods.  When Paulo graduated from gr 9 it was a momentous celebration. Now he is at Bishop O'Byrne High School .  He will complete grade 12 this year.

 I am proud of Paulo jr.  He is a great kid.  I am learning to trust his spirit.  I know he has his own life to live and I am here to surround,  protect and guide and love him no matter what.  I look forward to what this year brings.  I know with God we are rooted in all that is good.  I thank God and I thank all the teachers and I thank my family for helping us get this far.  Grad 2016 is going to be a reason for celebration.  It is a celebration of LIFE of LOVE, of Strength, of FAITH, GRACE and FAMILY.. and of learning.

Please join me in prayers for my son, my family and for all the young people who are completing grade 12 this year.  May they all be filled with the Love of God, Jesus and  the light of the Holy Spirit.  Mostly may they feel loved.
