30 Fascinating Facts About Angels in the Bible
Angels are mentioned 273 times in the Bible. Although we won't look at every instance, this study will offer a comprehensive look at what the Bible says about these fascinating creatures.
 
1 - Angels were created by God.
In the second chapter of the Bible, we are told that God created the heavens and the earth, and everything in them. The Bible indicates that angels were created at the same time the earth was formed, even before human life was created.
 
Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. (Genesis 2:1, NKJV) 
For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. (Colossians 1:16, NIV)
 
 
2 - Angels were created to live for eternity.
Scripture tells us that angels do not experience death.
 
...nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. (Luke 20:36, NKJV)
Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." (Revelation 4:8, NIV)
 
3 - Angels were present when God created the world.
When God created the foundations of the earth, the angels had already been in existence.
 
Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said: "...Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? ...while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?" (Job 38:1-7, NIV)
 
4 - Angels do not marry.
In heaven, men and women will be like the angels, who do not marry or reproduce.
 
At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven. (Matthew 22:30, NIV)
 
5 - Angels are wise and intelligent.
Angels can discern good and evil and give insight and understanding.
 
Your maidservant said, ‘The word of my lord the king will now be comforting; for as the angel of God, so is my lord the king in discerning good and evil. And may the LORD your God be with you.’ (2 Samuel 14:17, NKJV)

6 - Angels take an interest in the affairs of men.
Angels have been and will forever be involved and interested in what is happening in the lives of human beings.
 
"Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come." (Daniel 10:14, NIV)
"Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." (Luke 15:10, NKJV)
 
7 - Angels are faster than men.
Angels seem to have the ability to fly.
 
... while I was still in prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the earlier vision, came to me in swift flight about the time of the evening sacrifice. (Daniel 9:21, NIV)
And I saw another angel flying through the sky, carrying the eternal Good News to proclaim to the people who belong to this world—to every nation, tribe, language, and people. (Revelation 14:6, NLT)
 
8 - Angels are spiritual beings.
As spirit beings, angels do not have true physical bodies.
 
Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire. (Psalm 104:4, NKJV)
 
9 - Angels are not meant to be worshiped.
Whenever angels are mistaken for God by humans and worshiped in the Bible, they are told not to do this.
 
 
 
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” (Revelation 19:10, NKJV)
 
10 - Angels are subject to Christ.
Angels are Christ's servants.
 
... who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God,angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him. (1 Peter 3:22, NKJV)
 
11 - Angels have a will.
Angels have the ability to exercise their own will.
 
How you have fallen from heaven,
O morning star, son of the dawn!
You have been cast down to the earth,
you who once laid low the nations!
You said in your heart,
"I will ascend to heaven;
I will raise my throne
above the stars of God;
I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly,
on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.

12 - Angels express emotions like joy and longing.
Angels shout for joy, feel longing, and show many emotions in the Bible.
 
... while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy? (Job 38:7, NIV)
It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spiritsent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things. (1 Peter 1:12, NIV)
 
13 - Angels are not omnipresent, omnipotent, or omniscient.
Angels have certain limitations. They are not all-knowing, all-powerful, and everywhere present.
 
Then he continued, "Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. (Daniel 10:12-13, NIV)
But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" (Jude 1:9, NIV)
 
14 - Angels are too numerous to count.
The Bible indicates that an incalculable number of angels exist.
 
The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands ... (Psalm 68:17, NIV)
But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly ... (Hebrews 12:22, NIV)
 
15 - Most angels remained faithful to God.
While some angels rebelled against God, the vast majority stayed faithful to him.
 
Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. In a loud voice they sang: "Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!" (Revelation 5:11-12, NIV)
 
16 - Three angels have names in the Bible.
Only three angels are mentioned by name in the canonical booksof the Bible: Gabriel, Michael, and the fallen angel Lucifer, or Satan.

Today I felt guided to share my gratitude in having an amazing teacher, mentor and guide who has brought so much healing into my life.
It is said, when the student is ready the teacher will appear.  And appear, she did.
Sunny Dawn Johnston has been a steadfast support in my life.  I have been in her mentoring classes for both personal and business.  She helped me transition from the old job to creating this new spiritual biz and through her community, I have met some of the most amazing souls on the planet.
 
Three weeks ago, one of the most amazing women in my life, and a huge part of the Sunny community, Vicky Mitchell, departed earth school and returned to heaven.  These three weeks have been full of her in spirit signs.  These signs made me feel like going through all her messages that she and I shared.  In those messages I found the following.
 
She and I were preparing our pieces for the book, and she told me she had finished hers and sent it in.  She asked me if I had added to my one from the first edition.  I told her I had and was debating whether to have them translated for the Spanish edition.  This is where it is interesting.  The first time I read her words I didn’t notice.
 
In her  message she said “ I am very proud and inspired by you.  I did one of you and me and you inspire me…. You were the one who gave me the courage to do the first group book.  Thank you.”  I told her thank you for that that blessing.  Have a good night and that I loved her.  Then she told me she loved me too. 
 
When I initially read these words I didn’t realize the true meaning behind it.  The depth of our relationship.  The depth of the friend that I have.  I have sat on these words for the last three weeks wondering when the right time would be to share them.
 
The time is now.  The book is launching today and her prayer and my prayers with all the other amazing soulful authors are brought to the world.  Our Angel prayers for all.  A gift for all time.  This is just one example of the deep meaningful relationships and what healing with Sunny and her community brings to your life.

Yesterday I woke up with guidance from my angels that my message must be to continue to teach people to invoke, invite, call in their Divine teams of support.  Did you know that we have guardian angels from the moment we are born in earth school until the time of rebirth back in heaven? Today is an interesting day.  I had just finished a blog when I heard my angels tell me to do another blog on the hierarchy of the angels under God. Ok I thought.  I will.  Then in true mercury retrograde angst, I lost my document and had to start over.  But here it is.

God the Father, The Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the Holy Trinity.
Under that is the first supreme level that contains the Seraphim angels.  Keywords for them are pure love and light.  They are the highest angels to God and the closest to Him.
Cherubims follow.  They are harmony, wise, and knowledge.
Then Thrones who are angels of will, justice and fairness.

In the second level are the Dominions- wisdom and God's will.
Virtues, motion, courage and miracles are their job. Powers- they are spirit of form, take care of heavenly order and are protectors of the Divine Plan.

In the third level are the Principalities who are spirit of personality, and watch and protectors of our nations and leaders. Archangels are God's emissaries and are the chief messengers between God and mankind.
Our Guardian angels are the closest vibrationally to us humans.
Then there are the Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides and our deceased loved ones.  We are the lowest vibrational beings having our physical bodies.

And then be open to receive all the good the universe has in store for you.  You are a child of the most high!  You are a child of the Creator.  You are Divine and you are meant to live a life full of abundance.  You are the light of the world.  You are worthy.  You are loved.

WoW!!  what an angelic weekend I just had!!!  this year I have had a saying and it is this - There are no words to articulate how I feel!!  My heart is so very open and I am in such gratitude to God for all my blessings.  Life hasn't been easy all the time, as we are all here in EarthSchool to learn our lessons, live, grow, heal and expand.  What has changed though is that I am very in tune with my angelic team and with God. As I type this I have tears streaming down my face. Like the season autumn it is now time to reap my harvest.. to bring in the fruits of my labour.  I have worked hard and diligently in pursuing my passion of the angels.  I have finally come to this point that I realize this is my journey and this is my purpose.  I am a teacher.  I was born to lead by example.  It isn't an easy job as sometimes I want to yell and scream and cry when my human Giuliana doesn't know what to do.  Well that is the Ego.  So now I have learned to tell the Ego to shut up and sit down.  I then tune into my soul Giuliana and turn to God and my angelic team for support.  I don't know how I did it all those years not asking for help. Well obviously my life was a reflection of that not asking.  I held so much emotion in my body that I manifested diabetes, migraines, and cancer.  What I know now is that for the remaining days I have left on this soul lifetime journey, I will teach others to count on their teams too.  It still amazes me that people don't know that they have at least 2 guardian angels.  I have known this my whole life.  My mom loves the angels and I grew up with them all around.  I am so grateful and thankful for that.  I also know that Mary, the mother of Jesus and the Queen of the Angels is a very powerful energy in my life.  Paulo and I prayed to God and asked Mary to help us conceive Paulo jr.  They listened and they answered that prayer.  Paulo jr is a light in my life that I live for.  On this thanksgiving day I so very thankful for all of my teachers God has sent.  I am thankful for my gifts of being able to hear, see, feel and know the angels and I am thankful to have had one of the most amazing experiences of my life this past weekend.  Moving forward I hope to help illuminate the paths of many sisters and brothers.  I love my job.  I love my life.  I love my journey.  I love my family.  I love my friends.... and I am thankful that I know our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.. and that my heart knows God.

Opportunity to Forgive
"This situation brings you the opportunity to heal, grow, and release negative patterns. Hold the intention of seeing the other person's inner Divine light and goodness. 777 - The angels applaud you, congratulations, you're on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true. This is an extremely positive sign and means you should also expect more miracles to occur.

888 - A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional career, or relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, it means, "The crops are ripe. Don't wait to pick and enjoy them." AA Gabriel is the patron Angel of our family as our Great Grandpa was Gabriel and my cousin is Gabriel.

To call him in all you have to say is this:
Dear Archangel Gabriel, I call on you now, to be with me, bring your energy of communication and strength and infuse me with it.  Help me to always speak my truth.  Please allow me to express myself in a loving way and to use words that are gentle and kind.  Please help me always communicate from my heart.  Thank you.  and so it is.

I have Hosted the Archangels a few times now.  IT is an angelic experience that I wanted to share with whomever may want to initiate it.
This is the procedure.
It is the angels' desire to stay and work with the individuals for 5 days and help them fulfill 3 wishes.  The angels always arrive at the new place on the agreed day at 10:30 pm and leave 5 days later at 1030 pm.  Between each 5 day visit the angels REST and the next individuals prepare to receive the angels.  Keep in mind that by hosting the 5 Archangels, Michael, Uriel, Gabriel, Raphael and Metatron, you are assisting them to serve humanity, Mother Earth and all universes.  They thank you for your willingness to participate.

Anyone wanting to start this process may do so by picking a date and at 1030pm on any given day invite them in and then follow the process.

On the last day of the visit, write down the names and addresses of the next 3 people the angels will visit.  You will ned to send these people the information and the simple ritual below and specify to them the day of the arrival and departure of the Archangels from their home.  The time 1030 pm stays the same no matter the time difference.  It is always the local time.  With a complete day of 24 hours long, the Archangels vista is always 5 days and then they rest for 5 days before coming for another 5 day visit with a new host.

You will welcome and host the Archangels after having prepared a little altar with:
1.  A White Flower
2.  A Candle that can stay on all the time they are with you that you are home. Light it shortly before they arrive to show them they are being called.  
3. An envelope with a letter that has your 3 wishes.  one for mother earth.
one for your family and one for you.  Formulate wishes in a clear concise way.  Detail is not required.
4.  On the sealed envelope place an apple that you will eat after they leave.  Lay the envelope near your candle and white flower.
5.  The house should be neat and tidy much like you would do if you were receiving a physical guest.

when they arrive at the front door at 1030 pm.  Open the door and read this greeting:
"Archangels!  HELLO and Welcome to our home.  You were called by me (sent by  name ) whatever process it is that they are coming. I am grateful to each of you for purifying and bringing peace to this place and to beings that live in it.  I am grateful to you for bringing harmony, joy, and serenity to all of us.  I am grateful to you for fulfilling my wishes.

From that moment on the AA make things happen.  It is recommended to regard the 5 days as a special time to give room for the vibration of higher energies to re-align many things.  For some, this may mean you want to ask for specific help or you may just find a quiet moment in your busy day to sit in stillness.  Remember there is no limitation.  TRUST.  You can also ask them to go with you through the day.  If you travel during this time, you can ask them to come with you.

When it is almost time for them to leave, use the candle to burn the names and addresses of the next 3 people.  This will pass their names on to the Etheric realm.

Send your thanks and love to the Archangels for all their help.  Once they leave burn the envelope with your wishes in it and eat the apple.  Place the flower outside on the earth.  thank them for their time.
