As soon as I wake up I thank GOD for the day. I have a saying I say.
Thank you GOD for this day. I am open and receptive to all my blessings. I ask for protection from all negativity seen and unseen. I ask all my angels from Heaven for protection over me and my family. I ask for help from all my angels. I ask how may I be of service today? what is your plan for me GOD? Please give me signs that I understand and guide my steps.
I say prayers and some days I meditate. I ground myself and I connect to GOD visually. I set an intention for the day. Most days I journal.
Then I go onto Facebook for awhile. I check out the pulse of my friends and see who needs some support. I update the Angels page I help with. I fill myself up with positivity. I listen to soul radio, I write and I update my website. I feel gratitude and I share it. I do gentle exercises and stretches. I eat the best I can. I breathe. I am mindful. I get some sun and I enjoy nature. I try to just BE. I am very grateful and I do my gratitude. I have a prayer group I am a part of. I also have a great support network of family, friends and mentors.
